Kentaro Takashina - Dandelion Black Cherry Serving Board

Born in Osaka, Japan, Kentaro Takashina hand-carves and paints these one-of-a-kind platters and bowls in his Hudson Valley studio. His pieces are painted with milk paint—an ancient medium made from milk protein, lime, and natural earth pigments making them food safe. We recommend avoiding sharp knives on the wood and using a gentle rinse with warm water for cleaning.
