Retail and Gallery Manager
IPSUM is a shop and gallery located on Warren Street and at Sunfair Farm, exploring creativity’s potential to shape and transform our lives.
We are seeking a full-time Retail and Gallery Manager to support the multifaceted nature of IPSUM’s business.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in design, art, and antiques
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Sales-driven with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in a retail or gallery setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain regular shop hours, including weekend availability
- Support social media and online shop management
- Cultivate a warm, engaging, and informative shop experience
- Maintain familiarity with inventory and develop an understanding of artists’ and designers’ processes
- Assist with merchadising, occasional gallery openings and special events
Starting at $22-26/hour, depending on experience.
This position has the potential to grow and focus over time.
